The WorkSafe Guardian leadership, like Ideagen, are heavily invested in the success of this acquisition and continuing to support regulated industries with their compliance needs. They’ll continue to work with the Ideagen team and are actively helping with the integration.
Ideagen’s headquarters are in Nottingham in the United Kingdom, but they have operations around the globe. Their Australian operations run out of Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide but they also have offices in Malaysia, North America, India and the Philippines.
In the short term, the only change customers will notice is the addition of the Ideagen name to some of our external channels. The core of what makes WorkSafe Guardian special remains the same. All existing contracts will continue to serve customers, and their billing arrangements will remain unchanged. Longer term, this new relationship means that customers will be able to benefit from a greater range of comprehensive solutions, and a better ability to support their needs.
There’ll be no contractual changes for customers and billing and administration in the short term. Should that change in future we will ensure customers are kept updated of any developments.
Nothing changes for the moment, but the acquisition and access to Ideagen’s global Product R&D team provides great opportunities for efficiency, innovation and product development.
The acquisition will not change the products/services you currently use. Being part of Ideagen will enable us to enhance our offerings and provide you with even better service and support.
There are no immediate changes to our pricing or subscription plans. We are committed to providing you with advance notice and transparent communication should any changes occur in the future.
